Which whole food supplement brand is the best?

I want to take a whole food supplement (aka green/super food) because I don’t believe in synthetic multivitamins, but still want to get in some added nutrition (since we don’t get enough through diet). However, there are so many different brands to choose from and I want to know which is the best in quality. Thanks!

But you’re not going to get everything you need from one whole food source. There are complexes of whole foods which are very very good… if interested http://www.liquidvitaminswork.com

There is a supplement called FrequenSea. I’ve been taking it for 3 months and it’s amazing. Mental clarity, increased energy, weight loss and a general sense of well being are some of the results that I’ve experienced.
    Good Luck

EMPHATICALLY: NEW CHAPTER! I work in an herbal store and attend seminars. They have a product that is called Berry Green that is organic FOOD that is fermented and cultured. Your intestinal flora is approximately 70% of immunity. It is called a synbiotic and has been used in hospitals to prevent staff infections. They are the best in vitamins in my informed opinion because they are also fermented which makes vitamins safer, more active, and increases absorption. Most all others are USP isolated vitamins. Be aware that “food based” is a misleading claim and is “usually” a mixture of isolates and food, not a cultured product which actually is whole food! Also, Berry Green is made from food people actually eat, not grasses. I believe that there is nothing better on the market or even comes close. I also do not get paid to share this with you!

I only take live organic whole food supplements that are not irradiated. I know you will really feel the difference with these supplements.

Here are the ones I take.

I agree with Eternity, I also work in a health food store and New Chapter is a great brand with great products. Organic, food based supplements as well as superfood formulas.

Garden of Life’s PerfectFood Super Green formula is a popular one at our store, a lot of people add it to their smoothies. Loaded with minerals. It’s got a pretty potent taste though.

One that I really like personally is VegLife’s Supreme meal. I like the taste better.
