What is the best supplement to ensure an energetic workout?

I am from the old school where “Ripped Fuel” with Ma-Huang was really good – then the whole Ephedrine thing went haywire. The Ripped Fuel worked out great for me and now I have yet to find anything that works even close to what Ripped Fuel did. Can anyone suggest a supplement or something?
**** NOTE ****
I really want something that will boost my workout… you know, give me energy so I am not feeling sluggish during the work out.

    Hi,

I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That’s why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
    Good luck!

There a re a few supplemets that would help such as a nitric oxide supplement or a supplement that contains amino acids such as protein drinks. But there are also a few things you can do prior to your work out to help you get energized. Number one never eat a big meal within one to two hours of working out. Number two eat some complex carbs about 30 minutes before working out, example small amount of tuna, slice of whole wheat bread, etc. Number three, stretch before you work out and try to get in the gym early, during the middle of the day most people start to crash before their second wind. Good luck, hope this helps.
