I am from the old school where “Ripped Fuel” with Ma-Huang was really good – then the whole Ephedrine thing went haywire. The Ripped Fuel worked out great for me and now I have yet to find anything that works even close to what Ripped Fuel did. Can anyone suggest a supplement or something?
**** NOTE ****
I really want something that will boost my workout… you know, give me energy so I am not feeling sluggish during the work out.
How do I make my own dietary supplement?
Also, whats a good “reputable” dietary supplement manufacturer?
I am interested in gaining a little bit of size downstairs. I am not small, but about average but I want to gain some size. What is the best supplement for that. I am 18 years old.

Hello fellow fitness enthusiasts,
I am only 23, but I’ve always had bad joints, and I permanently messed up my elbows when I was 17. Because of this I’m very careful when working out.
But recently I’ve started cutting some fat and for some reason my joints are hurting more than normal.
I only take whey protein and a vitamin supplement at the moment. Should I start taking a joint support supplement? I don’t know what are the proper brands or items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I want to take a whole food supplement (aka green/super food) because I don’t believe in synthetic multivitamins, but still want to get in some added nutrition (since we don’t get enough through diet). However, there are so many different brands to choose from and I want to know which is the best in quality. Thanks!
Products like Scalpmed are so expensive. My hair is thin on top – is there anything, like a vitamin or supplement that might help? I had my blood tested, and there is nothing wrong – no thyroid problem, etc….Not old enough for it to be a menapause issue either! Help!
I have a write an essay for the supplement for my top choice college and I’m just curious how long that essay should be.
I know that a college admissions essay should be about 2 pages, give or take a few sentences.
However, how long should my supplement essay be? Currently, as of now, I have almost 2 pages complete, but I still have a lot to add to it. I’ve only gotten 2 points across and still have another 2 more points to make. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I would like to supplement my efforts to lose about 20 pounds. I’ve heard of supplements like hydroxycut and xenadrine, but do they really work? If you have suggestions, please give those I can find in a GNC or vitamin world. I also plan to exercise as well, I was just wondering whether such a suppliment could help.
Thanks.
